HEY ALLLLLL! The sequel to the amaaazing book AWOKEN I have brought once to this court, from Sarah Noffke's Lucidites Series, prepare to be.... STUNNED!

~Sunburst Fairy

Summary

Roya desperately wishes she was above ground, on a sunny patio, watching the lake lap up on the shore. Instead, she finds herself trapped with the Lucidites. Her brother is mysteriously wasting away, and at every turn she finds a new betrayal. Just when she thinks she’s finally escaping the Institute, a new danger unveils itself. A secret society of Dream Travelers has declared war on the Lucidites by abducting a head official. It’s up to Roya to figure out who’s behind it and how to save everyone she cares about most. More action packed than its predecessor, Stunned is captivating and will leave audiences squirming from the tension and also begging for more.

A Sunburst Fairy Book Review
I received a review copy in exchange for an honest review.

WHOA! This book's title can BEST describe my reaction to the ending.... STUNNED!

I am very grateful to the author, Ms. Sarah Noffke, for the opportunity to read her books from the blog tour to this one. ^___^ Thank you so much for the copy. I am lucky I guess, not all get to find a series to love, but I promise this series have now my heart.

Before starting this book, I have braced myself for enlightenment, more truths and stuff to learn about the Institute and especially about the characters. I guess I did not brace myself much because that ending still had me reeling!

The beginning may be slow, but as it progressed, it becomes captivating. When everyone have found projects where they fit to work in the Institute, I thought I'd say BYE and not expect to see more of the teams friendship and teamwork. Everyone have gotten busy, and they seldom see each other. But when the Head Scientist, Aiden was abducted by the Voyageurs the same team was organized to save him. Then there went the action. These parts in this series, I must say, are the ones that I liked best. The teams' effort, how they work with each other towards operations' success making me like the characters more. :)

Roya isn't whiny anymore. She rather grew up fast and became the leader that she's expected to lead a team. Joseph is STILL my favorite character minus the two-timing :3 that was an off. And Trent oh Trent. Hahaha! I can't believe he's gay (oh am i allowed to say that?) So funny! He gave the read a lighter feel when Joseph is not around to give the reader that. And about the love triangle....

I'm so sorry but I am team George all the way. :D I just wish Aiden and Roya the best. Their push and pull was both heart fluttering and annoying (not bad annoying). I was just, come on! JUST BE TOGETHER ALREADY! Haha!

All in all, this one's as good as the first book, a very CAPTIVATING READ and good sequel to the series! ^____^

4.5 FAIRY WINGS‼️
